Muscle-ups: 7:07 full extension (except for maybe 3 or 4 that slipped)
50 pull-ups: 1:43
The muscle-ups were a bit slower than my best at 6:04, however I’m about 13# heavier than then and I went (mostly) full extension this time.
Oh… and I was strict zoning back then too….. hmmmm
