    I will be in at 8 tomorrow, still cant use my arm for anything overhead.

    Great WOD – thanks for changing it up B and giving the arms a rest! Still feeling Friday’s w/o. Finished this one in 15:12, legs were jello after the squats. Third round was the hardest. Tomorrow’s a rest day so I’ll see you on Monday.

    Subbed rowing for the run and finished in ~19 minutes…not bad after a whole month off :) AND my shoulder isn’t sore even after pushing myself on the rower and doing push-ups and ring-rows during warm-up. Thanks for getting me to finish that set of presses the other day.

    …came in at 10min50sec, kinda weak on my part, although i didn’t bring proper shoes cause i had checked the site yesterday when there was a different workout, but mostly cause i didn’t push myself hard enough running solo.

    went for a 5k run and couldn’t help myself…there was an outdoor track right at the end of the 5k…so I figured why not…14:02…

    Thanks MLC for waiting for me to do this one. I was aiming for sub 12min, but really kind of hoping for sub 11 after seeing SK, Will, Cameron and B-Mac do it. Next time if I don’t drag my ass on the runs maybe…
