Thanks MLC for waiting for me to do this one.  I was aiming for sub 12min, but really kind of hoping for sub 11 after seeing SK, Will, Cameron and B-Mac do it.  Next time if I don&#039;t drag my ass on the runs maybe...

		<description>Subbed rowing for the run and finished in ~19 minutes...not bad after a whole month off :)  AND my shoulder isn&#039;t sore even after pushing myself on the rower and doing push-ups and ring-rows during warm-up.  Thanks for getting me to finish that set of presses the other day.</description>

		<description>Great WOD - thanks for changing it up B and giving the arms a rest!  Still feeling Friday&#039;s w/o.  Finished this one in 15:12, legs were jello after the squats.  Third round was the hardest.  Tomorrow&#039;s a rest day so I&#039;ll see you on Monday.</description>
