It turns out my knee didn&#039;t handle the run so well :(  I was limping the rest of the day...I&#039;m going to make a physio apt tomorrow.  Good news though is that my shoulder handled the wall balls.  

The lemon bars turned out good, I&#039;m concerned with the amount of honey in the recipes but the tray can be split into 16-20 squares and they make a tasty dessert, so w/e.  They are incredibly lemon-y though, so they come with a warning if tangy is not your thing.  Here&#039;s the link...
