OH THE SWEET FEELING OF RX&#039;ing a WOD !!

I do not RX very often but when I do it feels amazing ! Like cracking a baseball on the sweet spot of the bat and scoring a home run...! 

Now if only I could improve my pull ups and let go of that damn band...

Mandy...you did awesome today...and I can see that you are gonna be a very strong cf&#039;er...you should be proud of yourself !</description>

		<description>Congrats to Nic, who is the only one who did the Deadlift/Burpee workout Rx&#039;d, and with a great time to boot!

Congrats also to Mandy, who, in her first CFW workout since finishing Fundamentals, did ALL the double-unders, that&#039;s 150, rx&#039;d!!!

My time, on the other hand, was less than commendable.  I started out at 165# for the deadlifts, felt my back caving and decided to go down to 155# for rounds 2 and 3.  Still took me over 13 minutes.  DUs were mostly unbroken, but all the deadlifts were singles.</description>
