10 Push-ups
15 Squats

If you did train yesterday, you will do:
Stiff-legged deadlift - 3 x 5 heavy
Then do:
Advanced
Five rounds for time of:
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions
Intermediate
Five rounds for time of:
12 Glute-ham sit-ups
18 AbMat sit-ups
25 Back extensions
Novice
Five rounds for time of:
20-30 AbMat Situps
10-15 Back Extensions

Should be another good workout…..my deadlifts need some work so looking forward to working on them. Abs will be sore after this one!

I should get some sort of prize…….what should it be…….ill have to think about it, lol.
It was nice to be able to watch people do the workouts cause I never had the oppourtunity to do so.

My back is really weak from my previous injury but its good to get it going again instead of avoiding it all together.
