		<description>I should get some sort of prize.......what should it be.......ill have to think about it, lol. 

It was nice to be able to watch people do the workouts cause I never had the oppourtunity to do so.  

Did Intermediate: 13:14 min
15 GHD sit ups
15 Ab Mat sit ups
25 back extentions 

My back is really weak from my previous injury but its good to get it going again instead of avoiding it all together.</description>
