Okay, I've got 7 copies of Every Second Counts on the way. Total is $33.79 USD per person.... I'll give you the Canadian amount when it hits my mastercard, but that's a lot better than 53 USD per person!

I don't know what the caption would be, but Ashleigh is *clearly* in awe of Angela's shoelace tying abilities. Angela's probably just offering to take a seat and get a lesson.

Or maybe this is the time they had that competition to see who could untie eachother's shoelaces. 1 point for Angela.

Or maybe Erika's on the right track, but they are both clearly already engaged in dancing the robot.

Rest day for me - too much time to think about these things.

I am in for a DVD as well.

A. Only used the bar as my form on the snatch balance is still pretty shaky.
B. 80 lbs which is 55% of my 1RM for all sets
C. 45lbs - 46lbs - 47lbs - 47lbs - 47lbs. Big improvement since last time we did sets of five I managed only 3 reps at 45 and then failed. Nice to be over that particular hump.

Possible caption for the picture "Would you like to dance?"
