Towel pullupsBarbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Novice: 3 rounds

To make this easier on our coaches, if you have a stopwatch please bring it along. If you do not have one, we will probably take your total time rather than your time per round.

Definitely a tough one. What’s with these Crossfit girls – are they all so nasty? Got through this one in just over 31 mins. Managed to do all pu’s on my toes, still using the green band for pullups though.

    cheryl,

if you’re lifting your hips up – even if ever so subtly – to generate momentum to snap forward on the situp, the abmat will give you a little burn. doesn’t feel really great in the shower!

    19:31 rx’d.

    Brennan, wow.

My first round was 7s slower than yours, which was probably due to your butterfly pullup…. but then you pulled away more and more each round. Nice work!

Good to train with you today Derek!

Yeah it always nice to work with someone else to keep the motivation alive and to push harder and harder especially on a workout like this one.

My time 21:47 min, which was almost 7 min faster than last time I did it so it was a good time. I think I could still push myself harder as my last round was faster than rounds 4 and 3. Just gotta keep push harder…….
