		<description>Yeah it always nice to work with someone else to keep the motivation alive and to push harder and harder especially on a workout like this one.

My time 21:47 min, which was almost 7 min faster than last time I did it so it was a good time. I think I could still push myself harder as my last round was faster than rounds 4 and 3. Just gotta keep push harder.......</description>

		<description>Definitely a tough one.  What&#039;s with these Crossfit girls - are they all so nasty?  Got through this one in just over 31 mins.  Managed to do all pu&#039;s on my toes, still using the green band for pullups though.</description>
