Good call on the Hooverball Irene. We'll try to hook it up now that the weather seems to be stabilizing. Maybe we should do Sat July 4.... 5km run + Hooverball.....

<a href="#comment-181" rel="nofollow">@MLC </a>
agreed on all of your responses!
all 50 yards were between 6-7 secs (strangely under 6 on my last--adding Myles to the group at the end seemed to push us)
think my 400's were 1:40-1:50 have to check back on my 800's (brain is a sieve today)
great running buddies, even though I ate their dust but great motivators to push myself, and great cheering squad on the sprints in.
I LOVE CF WPG!
(ps HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVERBALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!)

<a href="#comment-188" rel="nofollow">@Derek</a>
Derek, the trick on those long runs it to run them with B-Mac. You want to walk so bad, but you can't because you'll sight of him in front of you...

Charise, I'm in awe of your newfound hardcoreness (is that a word?)... never ran a 5k, does the 5k on Monday and then comes back for more on Wednesday. that is so cool...

I agree with Wipeout - I'll take running over rowing any day. Hats off to those of you you actually rowed those intervals. That could not have been fun...

Sprints were hard to time on my own 6 to 7 sec, I think I took an extra second to press the button and look at my watch every time

400 m 1:24 - 1:34 - I think, can't really recall the numbers right now, all I know is I was always about 5 seconds behind B-mac

800 m 3:39, 3:36 - These were painful and about 30 seconds slower than when done fresh, got stitches during both runs, maybe I shouldn't have drank half my water bottle before going!

Sprints were ok 6.70-7.28

400 meters 1:27 - 1:34

800 Meters 3:34 & 3:29

Not bad for the first intervals of the spring training. Looking forward to more and watching the numbers go down.

Did well on the sprints ranges between 5.95 and 6.35

Not so great on the 400m (ranges between 1:27 and 1:43) and 800m (4:13 and 3:48)

Need some work on those longer runs, legs are pretty burnt out from the last few days.

Rénald, Simone and I will be in around 5:30 p.m. today. I'm looking forward to running again - maybe it will make the pain go away from that 5km run... How can I still be hurting from that?! See ya soon...
