    Alright, I thought I would love it and I did.

    Deadlift 3 x 5, 185, 195, 200. Next time I’ll lift more.

    Did the Wod as rx’d, 85 #’s Power clean and jerk, 7:44.

    Played in a ball tourny all morning, burnt!

    WOD as women’s RX’d 9.40.

    Hot!!! Need to get used to it though!

    Did full squat cleans at 85# in 13:20. Did split jerks the whole time and those felt really good; the hard part was coming out of the hole in that full front squat. Good times.
