		<description>Guess I should post my results!  I PR&#039;d on the cleans at 70 lbs.  My max chin ups were 10/7/7 using the blue band.  Can&#039;t remember my time on the runs, only remember that it was very cold!!  Wearing a toque in June - what is up with that?</description>
