The DL’s killed me and I know my form was faltering. Had to do them as singles for the 4th and 5th round.
I want to do this WOD so badly, but I’m forcing myself to take at LEAST one day off. My Nasty Girls time was a wake up call!! Need to recover. Hope you all have fun killing it!
