press 3 X 85 lb

I did a highly modified death by 10 meters - running and jumping are not good any longer. Sub&#039;ed rowing and side shuffle for running and jumping.</description>

		<description>Did the thruster challenge today.  Got 37 using 30#.  
Back squat 3X5 @ 95# - up 5# from the last 5 reps.
Liked the Death by 10 meters w/o.  It was fun even if I messed up the running part!</description>
