Shoulders to ears

Head through the hole

Weighted Ring Dips 3 x 5

Then, for time:

30 Squats Body Weight
Sprint 200 meters
30 Burpees

    Did back squats at 90 lbs. Finished the wod in just over 8 mins.

    Nice job on the Thruster challenge Suzanne. The gauntlet has been thrown!

    I’m going to try to get this Back Squat-Run-Burpee wod in this afternoon at 3:00… Looking forward to it.

    5:05 Rx’d. Was feeling pretty good about it until Norm and B-Mac kicked my butt… Next time, will do 125% bodyweight to try to get stronger.

    Saw the WOD, Turbo, totally love it! I like shorter distance dashes MUCH more than longer, plus love working on the pull up!!! Thanks! :)
