Press 3 x 5 : I did 77 #’s on the first set, failed on the 5th rep. Dropped to 72 #’s for the second set, back up to 77#’s on the 3rd set. New PR

loved that wod. 7.5 rounds @ 95#. Front squats were unbroken first round, then 4/3 for the rest. decided to do this before opening this afternoon, but somehow you guys tracked me down and joined me, which was awesome. working out alone sucks hard.
