If you did Baseline on Monday…

Press 3×5

Add 5lbs to last workout.

Then, complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:

7 Front Squats (185#/125#)
7 Burpee Pull Ups

    Press 3 x 5 : I did 77 #’s on the first set, failed on the 5th rep. Dropped to 72 #’s for the second set, back up to 77#’s on the 3rd set. New PR :)

    9 Rounds in 15 minutes 82# front squat, burpee pullups as rx’d.

    Good job Crystal!!

    Press – 3 x 5 @ 40#. That is up 5# from last week.

    Did 8.5 rounds in 15 mins 55# on front squat, burpee jumping pullups on rings.

    That WOD was KILLER!!

    As rx’d = 5.5 rounds. Fs’s killed me.

    Press = 80, 81.5, 82.5. Could have did more, next time.

    loved that wod. 7.5 rounds @ 95#. Front squats were unbroken first round, then 4/3 for the rest. decided to do this before opening this afternoon, but somehow you guys tracked me down and joined me, which was awesome. working out alone sucks hard.

    7 Rounds + 2 front squats at 185#…..was very tuff, but all the front squats were unbroken
