Deadlift 5 reps
If you’ve been training with us longer than 2 months, go for 85% of your previous 5 rep max. Otherwise, add 10# to your previous best.

Hand Stand Push Ups 3 x max reps
If you can’t do handstand push ups, do maximum time handstand holds

5 rounds for time of:
6 Power Snatch 135 lbs
10 Box Jumps 24″ box

    Wasn’t feeling the deadlifts, but did a set at 155 and two at 135. The Snatch/Box Jump workout was really fun. 6:23 at 55#.

    Way to go T!! I probably should have taken a rest day today. I am just beat for some reason. Wasn’t feeling any of that this morning and just pushed myself through it. I am taking tomorrow off for sure! Did the deadlift at 117 and it felt heavier than it should have. Did the snatch/box jump at 25# and used the 12″ box.

    DL=90% of 5 rep in Feb = 185
    Snatch/Box Jump with 65# and 24″ box = 7.42. Wiped out twice which mentally slowed me down. Need to get used to the new flat shoes.

    Unpredicted rest day today…lower back still a bit sore from DL’s on Sunday and Back Squats yesterday…I think if I had showed up this morning…it woulda been one of those just doing the motions…instead I’ll be roaring to go tom am…

    HSPU 8,11,11 – lost balance each time… too bad
    WOD with 115 snatch 4:42… that was a really fun workout!

    Yesterday my back was a little out of sorts after catching a cold on the weekend. A quick adjustment at the chiropractor and a little rest from loading (no heavy squats or presses) was just the trick. Back at it and feeling 100% today.

    DL 180 lbs. – felt much heavier than it should’ve.

    snatch/step ups (doubled) 55lb/ 16 inch – 6:38
