HSPU 8,11,11 - lost balance each time... too bad
WOD with 115 snatch 4:42... that was a really fun workout!

Yesterday my back was a little out of sorts after catching a cold on the weekend. A quick adjustment at the chiropractor and a little rest from loading (no heavy squats or presses) was just the trick. Back at it and feeling 100% today.</description>
