We are in the finals for Ball Hockey tonight or else I would have come in to do this! I am going to the Team WOD tomorrow and I should be in on Friday so maybe I could attempt this?! However, I might regret saying this after reading all of these comments!
This is a mind over matter WOD...believe you can do it! haha - Ok maybe it&#039;s more than just mind over matter as it requires tons of strength and endurance but hey, we Crossfit because we love the intensity of the challenge and to get through a WOD like this helps you get through the tough stuff life throws your way - &quot;Train to not suck at life&quot;</description>
