Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

115-pound hang power clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups

  • there two things I hate…Burpees and Ring Dips…I’m learning to work with the burpees and not despise them so much…not there yet with ring dips…I feel like weakling doing them ! Will suck it up !

  • K so either Cheryl’s right and I’ve lost my mind, or the workout has just changed from 15 power cleans, 12 ring dips, and 21 sit ups…..I prefer the first one I’m not fond of the snatch.

    the wod is a dynamic thing… people who were in today and did the front squat workout will understand…

  • hmmm young Kiev lady ey? don’t know about in Kiev but in the UK that kinda sounds a lil like prostitution, but hey it’s the oldest profession so I say go forth and “entertain” if that’s your thing, but your post seems a lil random considering this is a fitness site.

    As for the workout, glad you switch it back I hate the snatch, got 7 rounds at 65lb it was tough but I was still able to get a set of 10 cleans on my last round so I probably coulda gone a lil heavier.

  • I have to agree Lisa, the Kiev lady sounds a little shady!! Odd some of the random postings that we get here!

    Got 10 rounds in using 40lbs on the clean. Managed to do them all unbroken so I know I could have gone heavier. Also managed all the situps unbroken. Loved the jumping ring dips. Am excited about making progress on those rings.

  • This workout Destroyed my arms… I actually thought I might crash on the way home!

    5 rounds and 7 cleans

    Cleans done at 80# as Rx’d.
    The first two sets of dips were nice, the last 3 sets were ugly, didn’t get a full dip, more like a blip. Tania, you were INSPIRING on those rings!

  • 8 rounds + 5 cleans. Did the ring dips w a blue band, cleans at 80#. Good WOD, I am feeling yesterday and today everywhere!

    First two rounds cleans at 70# felt sloppy
    Rounds 2 – 6 at 65#
    Blue band for ring dips…I love using the band VS box on ring dips

    I sucked at this wod…form went to shit on cleans…every time I got to doing sit ups…I felt like staying on the mat and doing more…

  • completed 5 rounds + 7 cleans – x’d! sooo happy when i can rx. the cleans were heavy but more manageable than I expected. I did the first set unbroken then 8+7 until the last round, but I felt like I spent the entire workout doing the ring dips. Had a great time doing this wod with Crystal. Thanks for coaching us through it M.

  • Completed 7 rounds + 2 Hang Cleans. First 2 rounds unbroken for cleans, last 5 rounds were 10/5. Ring dips were hard, had to break them up from the begining and last few rounds could only do 1-2 dips at a time. Situps all straight through no problem. Great WOD!!

  • First day back after an extended lay off. Not a good day to return………Having to type this with my toes because I can’t move my hands or arms……. 7 sets with 6 cleans at the end. Wanted to barf. Nice.
