    Did back squat @105#. Failed, second week trying this one.
    WOD – used 30# db for swings – shoulder was feeling pretty sore from yesterday so I went a little lighter today. Did modified rope climb. 17:18.

    3 x 5 deadlift @ 162 #’s.

    WOD RX’d 26:38… hardest day at CFW I’ve had. The rope climbs were humbling. I have no skin left on my inner thighs. Gooooood times.

    Crystal…I think you meant to writ BS not DL…

    DNF on the BS today…first attempt at 170#..and my mind set was negative…a sure way to fail…I know I can do 170# and it WILL happen very soon.

    Wod..was good…got the hang of the rope climb quick using legs of course. KBS 45# TIME: 11:25

    KUDOS to the girls who did 55# kbs and mostly upper body on the rope climb…you girls rocked in perseverance…and in the end you worked way harder than I did…This is a prime example where having the skill can make the exercise sooo much easier…!

    You’re right Nic, I couldn’t get the hang of the rope climb, definitely would have made the w/o faster anyway!
