DNF on the BS today…first attempt at 170#..and my mind set was negative…a sure way to fail…I know I can do 170# and it WILL happen very soon.
Wod..was good…got the hang of the rope climb quick using legs of course. KBS 45# TIME: 11:25
KUDOS to the girls who did 55# kbs and mostly upper body on the rope climb…you girls rocked in perseverance…and in the end you worked way harder than I did…This is a prime example where having the skill (shoulda used the word &quot;technique&quot; more than &quot;skill&quot; I think) can make the exercise sooo much easier…!
