Talk about dedication - Catherine rented a car and drove 2 1/2 hours from North Dakota to workout at CrossFit Winnipeg.
On Monday, August 3, the gym will be closed except for a team workout at 9AM.
Squat 3×5 (add 5lbs to last workout)

The workout was changed at 6AM this morning… mostly due to weather forecast.

Sore lower back from DL this week…so did front squats instead…

Ring Dips – first time trying unassisted…got bout 1/4 way down on each rep…3×5…motivated to keep practicing and get better…
WOD – as RX’d – Time: 8:??
(90% of jumps were the length of floor mats)
…did the July Challenge. Rx’d this time. So that’s good.
…..we will not discuss my time.
Struggled with the back squat – form seems to be rough. Did 85% which is 85lbs. Hope to be back to full weight next time. Did jumping ring dips – negatives. First time and managed to do all sets.
WOD used 45#, definitely could have gone heavier. Forget what my time was exactly 8 something.
