		<description>Struggled with the back squat - form seems to be rough.  Did 85% which is 85lbs.  Hope to be back to full weight next time.  Did jumping ring dips - negatives.  First time and managed to do all sets.  

WOD used 45#, definitely could have gone heavier.  Forget what my time was exactly 8 something.</description>
