    Wow, tough one today. Did 45# on the push jerk. Could definitely go heavier but took too many “warm ups” to get there today. Did 65# on the cleans and started with the blue band but had to switch to green for the pullups. By the last 3 rounds, felt pukey lurking in the background. Managed to avoid him though! Finished in 12:19. Thanks for encouraging me to go with 65# Coach D, wasn’t sure I could do it but did!
