Sprints were fast and easy to recover from.

Kept OHS ridiculously light. First time choosing to do them since injuring my wrist a month ago. The first set at my weight was pretty uncomfortable, but it felt a lot better after that. Despite how good it felt, I decided not to increase the weight today.

After that I worked on handstands on the paralettes. 12 sets of 30 seconds (trying to) hold and 30 seconds rest.

love to sprint!!!!! liked this WOD, got to work on my OHS technique and was happy with my heaviest lift of the day at 55 lbs, much more stable than I have been.
Way to go, E! OHS's can be superchallenging, good job :)
