Quick update on the team in California:
The crew did a great job all around, and Norm managed a 30-pound PR OHS. Tania was a kipping machine, Melisa did great and Brendan had an impressive hill run on some steep terrain.
Most teams had six competitors, and CFW managed to hold its own with only four.
Great work, guys!
I’m going to try and upload some pics to Facebook, so send me a friend request if you want to have a look.

I’m so inspired by watching what is going on at the games!
Let’s call them the ‘Fabulous Four’ when they get back, just to put them on the spot a little bit!
I suggest we get a workout NAMED in their honor. M, Norm, B, T, whatcha think?
Ps. Good work you guys, we’re proud of CFW.
Good idea Jo. Great job Team CFW!
