    holy crap was this a tough one! I agree Brad, that last mile felt at least 2 miles long. Couldn’t get my legs to work! Used the green band for the pullups, did all toe pushups finished in 57:?? Probably the longest workout I’ve ever done here.

    What a tough one! I agree E, definitely the longest CF WOD ever! finished in 47:? used blue band and did it in dbl Cindy–probably shoulda done it in single Cindy, but oh well! Felt like a bodybuilder on the last run with my arms superpumped up and couldn’t keep my elbows close to my body for the life of me! lol!

    I joined you guys for “Murph” out here in Lethbridge. I think the people at the gym must have thought I had lost my mind with the 200 push-ups…he he he. Yeah, around 57 minutes Rx…it’s a grinder, needless to say I was late for class that day. 2 miles is a long way.
