I didn’t squat today, my back needs one more day of rest.
Ring dips, did 2 x 5, then a bunch of 2’s and 3’s, no weight yet, just doing the dips unassisted.
100 pullups for time RXD, 12:48. Opened up my hands, but it was worth it!
