		<description>I didn&#039;t squat today, my back needs one more day of rest. 
Ring dips, did 2 x 5, then a bunch of 2&#039;s and 3&#039;s, no weight yet, just doing the dips unassisted.
100 pullups for time RXD, 12:48. Opened up my hands, but it was worth it!</description>
