5 rounds were done at #10 less than RX’d and i really could not have gone any harder today i went balls out (?). 8:??
My running needs work and those Kettle bells are sleepers – they exhausted me quickly. Today was a lot harder than it looked to me.
Press 3X5 @47# which looks pretty wimpy compared to the other posts here today but for me is a PR. I was stuck at 45# for a long time.
5 rounds in 8:28 using 35#KB swings and 17.5 DB pushpress. Chris – it’s always harder than it looks!

40 lb kettlebell 25lb push press .. the push presses killed me as 25lb was pretty heavy for me. 34 birthday burpees .. thanx for that Melissa and Tanya .. and everybody else for the bd wishes.
