		<description>After warming up (read: procrastinating) for about 2 hours, finally went head to head with Shakey, which was great because she kept me on pace.  Finished in 8:43 Rx&#039;d.  Last time I did Fran was at CF Toronto and it took me over 10 minutes and there is some question as to whether there was 55 or 65lbs on the bar, I think it was 55lbs.  My previous Fran, at 67lbs was almost 13 minutes, so this is a new PR by 4 minutes!  The thrusters were still what slowed me down but much better than last time.  Need to get stronger overhead, the squat is no problem but hitting full extension at the top became very difficult and I even failed once.  Definitely the limiting factor in this.  As for pullups, if grip wasn&#039;t an issue, I could have done them all unbroken.
