B. Complete 3 rounds for total score:

Thrusters at 70% 5 rep push press for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Knee to elbow for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Row for Calories 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Burpees for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

C. Accumulate 75 seconds in L-hang. Begin every set with a straight-leg lift to L.

    …push press@140 lb,3×5.

    Thrusters@98lb(yup, put thre 1/2lb plates per side to get exactly 70%)-19/13/11(43 total)
    K2E(hit elbows)-31/22/21(74 total)
    Row-20/20/19(59 total)
    Burpees-20/18/19(57 total)

    233 total. Thank god tomorrow is a rest day.

    Did box jumps instead of Thrusters:

    Box Jumps: 26/18/21
    K2E: 17/17/16 (still having trouble cycling the kip)
    Row: 17/15/13 (17 is probably the best I’ve ever done at this!!!)
    Burpees: 20/21/23 (yay burpees! and thanks to Explicit for the push)

    Haven’t been that wrecked after a workout in a long time. It took me almost 45 minutes just to catch my breath. I was rolling around the floor for a while after those 23 burpees.
