Box Jumps: 26/18/21
K2E: 17/17/16 (still having trouble cycling the kip)
Row: 17/15/13 (17 is probably the best I&#039;ve ever done at this!!!)
Burpees: 20/21/23  (yay burpees! and thanks to Explicit for the push)

Haven&#039;t been that wrecked after a workout in a long time.  It took me almost 45 minutes just to catch my breath. I was rolling around the floor for a while after those 23 burpees.</description>
