Did the C&J / squat WOD.
C&J single – 135 (could have went heavier but at a ‘reg’ gym and can’t drop the weight)
C&J 3×3 @ 110
Squat 3×3 at 170 (again, can’t drop and no spotter so played it safe w 3×3 instd of 3×5)
Tabata push ups – only 7. Arms totally done after yest and today.
