We have an 11:30 reservation at Chez Cora’s on Provencher Saturday, August 8th (tomorrow!!!). All members and family are welcome.
Tina Braams, POSE running coach, will be in Winnipeg Friday September 18th. If enough members are interested, we may host a 2 hours POSE running clinic, at a cost of approx. $30 per person. Post to comments or send us an email if interested.

i’m in for POSE, as long as i’m in the city! work 8-4 tomorrow, so looks like i’ll be tabating at work, getting funny looks from my co-workers and leaving a b-mac pool of sweat on the floor…

I’m in for the clinic! Had fun with the tabata today. My total was 245? Did all toe pushups, used 20# weight for sit ups. Burpees were the killer!

Came to the gym with a number in mind so…..
375×4 (failed to get 5th off the floor)….
Was pretty wrecked after that for a good 15 minutes and wasn’t sure if I could get myself through Tabata. Tenille encouraged me to get into it, so I did…
Pushups: 95
Situps: 43 with 25# KB, unanchored with AbMat
Squats: 125
Burpees: 47
RPE: 90%
Total: 310 + 25# = 335
Props to Will on the big numbers today!
