A. How far can you get in 20 minutes?
1 pullup, 1 pushup, 1 squat
2 pullups, 2 pushups, 2 squats
3…..
B. Leg lift to L, hold (aim to accumulate 75s), finish by lifting toes to bar (only count your cumulative time if your toes touch bar to finish set)

8am is too early for me on Sundays, so I did a modified wod at home.
1 ‘box jump’ (20″ onto the deck), 1 pushup, 1 squat. Got my BF to do it with me… I think he was going to die! haha.
Got to 13.. with 5 extra box jumps. Was really hot in the sun, but was a great wod.
BF got to 11.
