Whew! My version of that WOD should be called “Popeye”… sub a 500m row for the run…I’m still waiting for my forearms to deflate
And of course I can’t post without a recipe comment…so what I’ve found is that if you’re making paleo pancakes with butter in the recipe (coconut pancakes from cheeseslave blog) put the batter in the fridge for a bit and the pancakes will turn out fluffier. That may be something everyone already knows, but it was news to me! I also added 1 egg, 1 tbs of coconut flour, 1 tbs of grapeseed oil (instead of butter) to the original recipe and cut the honey by a 1/4. Mmmmmm.
