Didn’t think I could do all the toes to bar but did. Woo.
Holy MLC, you man-handled that 20lb medicine ball this morning. Way to work the MENS RX!

Congratulations Madeline!! You are an inspiration. I am aiming to get one this year too!!

wod – 22:06 horrible time! I think I did double the wallballs – only counting the ones that actually hit the target. Had to use a 10lb ball and jump on each one to get it high enough. Did toes to band, used 35# on KB swings.

    Great video!

Fun WOD, and by fun I mean that my body would be happy if I could lay in the fetal position all day, especially after yesterday, it hurts my butt to sit! But I did like the toes to bar, my first time even trying and it made me feel like a kid again, love that! Also my first WOD close to Rx’d (~25 min), I used a 25# KB since I hadn’t KBed or even squated most of the summer.

    DOMS baby DOMS!

Those 100 good mornings from two days ago are _still_ making me walk like I’m a 100 year old non-crossfitter!

Still – I want to come in today. It looks like fun.

    Nice one Madeline.

My hamstring are still sore from Tuesdays WOD…did todays WOD RX’d in 18min not a great time, I managed to hit myself in the face 3 times with the medicine ball but I did get my toes to the bar so its all good.

So the top muscle at the back of my shoulders (didn’t take anatomy) feels “bruised”, nothing internal or joint related so I’m not worried about injury but I was wondering if I’m alone in this or is it the toes to bar rotation and I’ve just never used those muscles that way.

Oh and if I was sore and slow moving yesterday…wow, today is going to be interesting! DOMS!
