		<description>So the top muscle at the back of my shoulders (didn&#039;t take anatomy) feels &quot;bruised&quot;, nothing internal or joint related so I&#039;m not worried about injury but I was wondering if I&#039;m alone in this or is it the toes to bar rotation and I&#039;ve just never used those muscles that way.

Oh and if I was sore and slow moving yesterday...wow, today is going to be interesting!  DOMS!</description>

My hamstring are still sore from Tuesdays WOD...did todays WOD RX&#039;d in 18min not a great time, I managed to hit myself in the face 3 times with the medicine ball but I did get my toes to the bar so its all good.</description>
