B. 1 Round as quickly as possible Not For Time of:
100 RDLs w/20% of 1RM deadlift
100 Kettlebell w/25-55 pounds
100 Bent Over Rows with barbell
100 Good Mornings with barbell
100 Reverse Hyper Extensions
C. Accumulate 60s in L-sit. Begin each attempt by raising toes to bar and then lowering to an L for hold.

Way to go on that BS Nic, I think for me the BS is the hardest lift – I usually struggle with it.

Back Squat 1 x 3 @ 150 High Bar – I had I failed on my last attempt at a set of 3 at this weight with high bar so redid this today no problem. Probably could have done a set of 5. I’ve now caught up to where I was on my low bar back squat and I’m really liking it.
