More FGB Fun

A. Back squat 1×3 or 1×5

B. 1 Round as quickly as possible Not For Time of:
100 RDLs w/20% of 1RM deadlift
100 Kettlebell w/25-55 pounds
100 Bent Over Rows with barbell
100 Good Mornings with barbell
100 Reverse Hyper Extensions

C. Accumulate 60s in L-sit. Begin each attempt by raising toes to bar and then lowering to an L for hold.

    Can anyone tell me when I can expect to walk properly again?!! My legs still feel like rubber!

    I thought the reverse hyper extensions were the hardest.

    Way to go on that BS Nic, I think for me the BS is the hardest lift – I usually struggle with it.

    Merci Erika…your BS was lookin pretty damn good this am…I was checkin you out from the shower room…haha…Me on the other I def need to work on my cleans, jerks, and anything involved in raising my lower body…(like those damn L sits…)@Erika

    Back Squat 1 x 3 @ 150 High Bar – I had I failed on my last attempt at a set of 3 at this weight with high bar so redid this today no problem. Probably could have done a set of 5. I’ve now caught up to where I was on my low bar back squat and I’m really liking it.

    KBS @ 35
    BOR @ 35
    GM @ 35

    L-sit – toes to bar on each set, broken up approx. 35s/20s/5s
