		<description>Back Squat 1 x 3 @ 150  High Bar - I had I failed on my last attempt at a set of 3 at this weight with high bar so redid this today no problem.  Probably could have done a set of 5.  I&#039;ve now caught up to where I was on my low bar back squat and I&#039;m really liking it.

L-sit - toes to bar on each set, broken up approx. 35s/20s/5s</description>

I thought the reverse hyper extensions were the hardest.
