15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
B. Toes-to-bar to L-sit (hold) to toes-to-bar. Accumulate 75 seconds in hold.

First time doing “nancy”….she was great !
I went into the wod not thinking I could RX the OHS weight…but to my surprise I RX’d it with 5 unbroken sets…SWEET ! I have only done OHS a handful of times…so I credit my success on this wod to Coach B’s programming that somehow helped me accomplish this…
Run splits were between 2:00 and 2:15…not great but I’ll take it…

good job! i agree with the programming that the evil plan (as it seems from day to day) is just a part of a master plan that helps us do these accomplishments one way or another.

Great job guys! don’t forget, you did the full 450m loop, so 2:00 to 2:15 isn’t bad at all for run times.
I came in this morning thinking that I’d knock of a PR for Nancy, but it seems my shoulders are still recovering from the kettlebell cert so I don’t think it’s going to happen today. I might just do the squat and pushup tests…

My first time doing Nancy as well. As my OHS is not very strong I was going to use just the empty bar but Coach Derek encouraged me to try 35# instead so I did. After the first 2 rounds unbroken, I had to break it into 10 and 5. Can’t remember what my time was now.
Did L-Hang in sets of 15/15/10/10/10/15
Also attempted the max push ups this morning, got 21.

My First real metcon and just as I thought….I need work… in Metcon and overhead squat. I had to split the OHS up. This Sh#t is tough…… All that being said…..I wish I lived 5 minutes away and could come twice a day!!!

Hey guys, this was my first official workout at Crossfit Winnipeg. I did Nancy in 18:22 with 82 lbs, however, my wife, Natalie (also new) told me my last set of OHS’s were UGLY!
