		<description>18:26 Rx&#039;d on the grass at my place.  (better to OHS on level ground I think :)  

My First real metcon and just as I thought....I need work... in Metcon and overhead squat.  I had to split the OHS up.    This Sh#t is tough...... All that being said.....I wish I lived 5 minutes away and could come twice a day!!!
