  • B, Thank you posting this video…I just watched it…and it was super interesting…I would not consider myself to be a skeptic and I tend to believe most of what people tell me…so needless to day I am SOLD on the fish oil after watching this video…My only question is what is “a lot of fish oil”…and is it worth taking a tbsp per day…He mentions 15gram a day…for the people highlighted in his talk…either for obesity…MS…ADHD…etc…extreme cases i would say…so does the same dosage apply to the average joe that is not an extreme case ?

    About 2.5g of Omega 3 per day. That amounts to about 1.5 tsp of the stuff we sell (1600mg per tsp in that stuff).

  • That was just plain sick. Unreal. But you know it was a good WOD when you are sizzling on the ground like bacon afterward as you cannot find a comfortable spot.
    20″ box = 31.01, timed exactly one min between rounds and really looked fwd to those minutes!

  • Loved this wod…! I never thought that the word burpees and love would go together…cause burpees and I will never get along…Good sweat also…I think I was still sweating when I got to work…!
