Happy 70th birthday Helen!!!
That’s two members turning 70 years old in the last week! It’s been great to have you training at our gym Helen. For those of you who haven’t met Helen yet, you’ll be inspired to hear that Helen has found that CrossFit has significantly improved her 10k run times!

I am taking it easy this week…I went pretty hard on the wods last week CF & CFE…and I like to do and easy week every once in while to recharge…also I haven’t slept enuf or eaten well this week so I do not have my usual level of strength or speed anyway.
Today I chose to do 85% of my 2RM
10 reps @ 170#
I didn’t go to failure…rpe on last rep about a 8.75
did max pullups 21-14-8. My grip was giving out the last 2 sets
3RM @ 215#. Originally i thought I did 205 until I recounted!
did 8 @ 195
Did tabata squats today to start – got 129.
After the tabata squats my legs just couldn’t manage a heavy back squat. T gave me some pullup drills to do instead. I am getting close!!
