After the tabata squats my legs just couldn&#039;t manage a heavy back squat.  T gave me some pullup drills to do instead.  I am getting close!!</description>

		<description>I am taking it easy this week...I went pretty hard on the wods last week CF &amp; CFE...and I like to do and easy week every once in while to recharge...also I haven&#039;t slept enuf or eaten well this week so I do not have my usual level of strength or speed anyway.

Today I chose to do 85% of my 2RM
10 reps @ 170#
I didn&#039;t go to failure...rpe on last rep about a 8.75</description>
