Lunges at 65#-65-75-85-85. Did 124 tabata squats.
I was able to do a jumping muscle up today. Next step is to get one from dead hang.

Alternating BB fwd lunge:
65, 85, 90, 95, 100
Didn’t know where to start at, took Nic’s suggestion and jumped heavier after first set.
