    33.21 with 55# snatches, including 2 min rest periods.

    I hate that I can snatch more than I can squat snatch. If it was just snatching could have easily done the 65. Technique technique technique.

    Good WOD, challenging.

    BONNE FETE MADELEINE !!!! I love how young and beautiful you look…and I know for a fact that you are stronger and healthier than many women your age. I want to look and live healthy like when I grow up…Keep smiling Madeleine !

    …this wod looked super fun….I will be back in action Monday am…I am feeling very restless…which means I think all my energy is back…

    For those of you who have been asking…I am doing pretty good with the no smoking…today is day 16…in those 16 days I had 3 slip days…and had to try and let go of the guilt…brush it off..and move on to the next smoke free day…Its kinda like the food thing for me…if I eat bad and feel guilty about it…then I tend to eat more and more until it snowballs into nonsense out of control overeating…I am sure some of you can relate on the food thing…or having an addictive personality thing…

    Ummm..I wonder if addictive personalities really exist or if it is just a cop out for people with addictions…(like me…)

    Running not really my best ability but snatches are good for me so this WOD was not too bad, 1st run was not too bad but the 2nd was brutal.

    Thanks to Coach M and Brad & Nat for the encouragement during today’s workout. Opted to not worry about time too much and try to snatch 55lbs 75 times! Did it in under 45 minutes.
